I do not support Trump in any fashion, But he makes interesting points.

It would be simple: raise tariffs on all imported goods! Other countries do that to us. Tariffs were the original source of income for Federal government. Instead of taking from foreign trade, they take it from the common worker.

Free Trade benefits the corporations, not necessarily the worker.

:)

RE: It would be simple: raise tariffs on all imported goods!

So, you don’t mind the following:

1) Increased prices for things we use and consume

2) Potential trade war.

If workers wanted tariffs, we would have them

the fact is, workers like good cheap stuff and deplore the tariffs you worship.

you sound like a good anticapitalist left winger...... anti business and thus anti America

good for you. THE RNC, and the corporate types who skulk these boards revert to name calling and bullying anytime a Main St republican speaks up.

son’t be silenced.

Tariffs and trade wars put Americans first. This is the largest consumer society on earth. All these exporters around the world should be begging for us to take their goods.

WE should be writing the rules.

Don’t fall for the dog whistle politics. The enemies within would tell you you’re a communist, a populist, a socialist,... aligned with the dreaded Unions..

nonsense.

There is much to bring voters to a candidate who works for US - and not the multi nationals.
