It is well-documented governments use information to blackmail and control people at the highest levels. Look it up. If they find Clinton data or find Clinton's systems were used to copy, transfer, destroy or store data illegally, that can be used against her. Hillary Clinton being owned and in the White House would be an extremely valuable asset.
