I disagree that she didn’t insult anyone —
Her unqualified use of the word “Latino” rather than “undocumented immigrant” (or whatever today’s euphemism for illegal alien is) is a slap in the face to the millions of Hispanics who went through the process and immigrated here legally. They’re doing a lot of jobs beyond the toilet cleaning that she thinks they’re only qualified for.
I don’t fault Trump for his comments, and I don’t trash her for her’s, based on slips of the tongue intended to exploit a racial narrative.
I know what she meant, and I think you do too. I didn’t think she was of the opinion that all Latinos scrub toilets for a living, anymore than I thought Trump meant all Mexican’s here illegally were rapists.
I don’t think her comments were worthy of a political discussion, because U. S. Citizens can do those jobs just as easily as foreign nationals can. Pay them an attractive wage and they’ll do it.
Another part of her lunacy, is that as wealthy as she is, she still wants to find people who will work for rock bottom wages. There’s something fundamentally wrong with that.
Pay what the legal U. S. Citizen employment market will bear. Quit demanding someone work for illegal foreign national level wages.
Quit employing people because you can blackmail them by threatening to report them to ICE.
These Leftists are pretty big on talk of being fair to others, then taking advantage of them in their own lives.
