Citizen seems to notice a police officer driving around and around his neighborhood while he is working on his boat in his driveway.
Police officer doesn't like being filmed by someone in his own yard and decides to stop and pull gun on him.
Here is the PD’s Facebook page (they commented): https://www.facebook.com/RohnertParkPoliceFire
If the guy taking the video had not had a camera going, this cop would have taken him down for no reason, guaranteed.
“Are you a constitutionalist?”
This cop might just be a JBT.
So does the cop, or is that who you mean?
Should an impasse take place after following the above rules, an attorney (preferably one you have a close relationship with as a friend)should be called immediately.
As for filming the cops in front of your house, don't be an idiot. A 24 /7 motion activated camera transmitting to a DVR does that for you and the cop has no idea. I have six around my property with the monitor inside.
btt
“Do these guys still take an oath to defend the constitution?”
Best you ask odumbo.
I know many LEOs whom deserve the name “Officer.” They protect. They put their lives on the line. I would take a bullet for any of them.
This guy does not qualify.
The cop showed great restraint not shooting the nutjob when he became agitated, yelled at the cop and refused to take his hand of his pocket.
I was going to say the video-taker’s first mistake was to live in Rohnert Park.
Laughable.
You really don’t know squat about permissible use of force rules for the police, do you?
I knew at least one of you would show up.
Stupid squared.
“Dance, citizen, dance!” BLAM, BLAM, BLAM!
Freepmail sent to you...
I do know that if an officer tells you to show him your hands you show them. I have no problem with the guy recording or saying whatever he wants to the officer, but take your freaking hand out of your pocket.
No one buys that. Come on.
But it sure begs the question; If the homeowner was such a threat why did the cop turn his back on the homeowner several times after all the intimidation which didn't work?
If he was such a threat, why did the cop simply holstered he his weapon then drive away?
This is down right scary stuff.

Holy cow, I hope you simply forgot to put a “sarcasm” tag on your post. If that is NOT the case then I sure as hell hope that YOU are not a cop; you lack the temperament and judgment for that profession...as does the cop in the video.
Good play on words!
The Founding States actually drafted the Constitution to defund the feds.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
If a citizen with legal C&C license had done what he done the citizen would lose his C&C very quickly.
Just because someone has a hand in their pocket is not a cause for brandishing a weapon ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GUY IS STANDING ON HIS OWN PROPERTY AND NOT DOING ANYTHING BUT FILMING A VEHICLE THAT IS OBVIOUSLY ACTING STRANGE.
