As far as limiting government is concerned I think that Trump will cut government in order to save money.
It may not be for idealistic reasons but I think he would make major cuts in costs, therefor government, just like he would in one of his businesses.
He has already addressed the debt and cutting spending. He has also addressed welfare.
He wants to put people back to work, and that explodes government revenue.
His instincts are good related to this.
