the mac and cheese is empty calories from starch and carbs, mixed with cheese flavored powder-no way would I eat one bite of either.

Important to note here, in terms of Kraft M&C anyway, is that Kraft makes TWO different types of Mac & Cheese. One is in a thin box and contains a packet of not-so-good-tasting *powdered* cheese. The other (the good one), comes in a wider box, and is called *Deluxe* Mac & Cheese. It comes with a creamy cheese sauce in a pouch. I would never again buy the one in the thin box with that powdered cheese.

To each their own-I just don’t eat processed food or empty starch/calories-which pasta is. If it comes in a box or a can, you probably won’t find it in my kitchen-I like my cheese real, and my food fresh.
