It's the EU with a "reset" button.
It's the EU re-mixed.
This is what the left does. Float some grandiose plan with all kinds of promises. Then when it flops completely, make tons of excuses and "re-introduce" it.
They've been doing this for about 250 years, since the French Revolution, or maybe earlier. The LIVs never wise up. Or maybe they do, but are replaced by younger LIVs.
