Why won’t the Obama administration call Fort Hood Islamic Terrorism? Why aren’t they calling Chattanooga Islamic Terrorism? Because it’s disrespect to Muslims and Islam is about peace:
ARUTZ SHEVA – Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson announced the policy this past Friday at Aspen Institute’s annual security forum in Washington, D.C. He explained that though it was a Muslim terrorist who shot to death four unarmed Marines in Tennessee two weeks ago, the government will call the attack, and other similar ones, “violent extremism” and not “Islamic terrorism” – out of respect for the Muslim community.
Johnson said it is “critical” to refrain from the “Islamic” label in order to “build trust” among Muslims.
The Tennessee murderer, Mohammad Abdulazeez, is officially a “homegrown violent extremist,” according to the government – even though he blogged about his Islamic religious motivations for the attack. He and his family also attended a local mosque controlled by a terror-tied Islamic trust.
Johnson explained that if officials called Islamic terrorism “Islamic,” they’d “get nowhere” in gaining the “cooperation” of the Muslim community.
The moderator of the panel tried to protest: “Isn’t [the] government denying the fundamental religious component of this kind of extremism by not using the word Islamic?”
“I could not disagree more,” Johnson responded, and explained that Islam “is about peace.”

Indeed. It is the highest aspiration of any muslim male to follow in the footsteps of Mohammad, to live and do as he did.
But true! Within Islam, peace is when all humans are brought within in its fold, so Islam is about peace, just not the peace westerners believe in.

Obviously Johnson is ignorant when it comes to history. Islam has been a religion of violence and war since its inception.
While I don’t disagree, Dubya got us started on this road with his “Islam is a religion of peace” nonsense right after 9/11.
This set us back at least 25 years in properly addressing the issue.
If they call it “violent extremism”, they can use that term loosely and include anything in it ... including ‘right wing’ extremism (you know, like being a Christian or anti-sodomy). They’ll be throwing this term around indiscriminately so they can pull everyone but Muslims into it. I’m sure the Israelis will be violent extremists as will anyone else opposing the Obamanuke deal, as one example that comes to mind. Anyone Obama doesn’t like for whatever reason is going to be subject to a crack down on the basis of ‘violent extremism’.
Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson gives aid and comfort to the enemy and should be charged with treason against the United States of America.
It is absolutely critical that we not damage any terrorist’s self esteem. They are already pretty fragile people.
So one of this moronic administration has finally admitted it.
“ALL MUSLIMS ARE NOT TERRORISTS BUT ALL TERRORISTS ARE MUSLIM” And there is no way to tell the difference.
So they admit another 30,000 to 50,000 into the country. Smart!
“Well you can call me Ray or you can call me Jay, but you doesn’t have to call me Johnson”. :)
This is totally understandable as the President is a Muslim and has infiltrated every level of our govt with the Muslim Brotherhood in the past 6.5 years. Rooting them out is going to be a chore later.
I call it just what it is, “Islamofacism.”
The upcoming 2016 elections and beyond is going to be major housecleaning.
.....Because they are doing the devil’s work that is why.
So, we now are to show respect to those whose “holy” book insists that if we decline to convert or submit (pay the Jizya, Infidel tax and acknowledge Islam’s superiority) we must be killed? Sorry, no respect for Islam from these quarters.
