..Worse yet, Portland mayor Charlie Hale “supports the protesters”.(his words). No thought for the traffic problems, lost wages, police/fire overtime dealing with these protesters and paid for by Hales constituents. Only thoughts is his position on Arctic Drilling.

Why were the protestors lowered at all? Tell them another ship is coming in and let them dangle for a couple of weeks.

Just another “piece of migrant trash” from the NE. Maybe the Left Coast would not be in the sad shape it is today, if we had cut the NE loose right after WWII. Everything from Virginia to Maine should have been set adrift to go back to Europe where they would all have “fit in.”
