A synced-up video of body camera footage from three University of Cincinnati police officers – Ray Tensing, Phillip Kidd and David Lindenschimdt – reveals the dramatic aftermath of the police shooting of a 43-year-old unarmed black man.
It shows that both officers were behind Tensing at the time he shot DuBose, but both backed claims the officer had been 'dragged'. These claims were used to justify the shooting, but were later dismissed as false by the county prosecutor who charged Tensing with murder. Kidd and Lindenschimdt have also been placed on leave

Yes, I saw the video. I saw the gin. It’s cheap crap. The bottle was unopened and filled to the top. If you buy liquor, how do you get it home?
Again, I’ve not seen an autopsy report that shows he how much, if any, alcohol was actually in his system. Yet people are speculating that he was drunk. What he do, chug the bottle, pee in it all the way to the top and reseal it?
If you can download gin, this will revolutionize the liquor business.
DuBose was drunk off his Obama. The video has him slurring his words, and behaving like a typical drunk.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he was high too.

I’m not sure they aren’t the same, sad guy posting under different names. But, they’ve just been making stuff up for 72 hours and throwing in as much racial innuendo as they can get away with.
In fact, I wonder if posters like this aren’t lefties trying to make FR look bad.
There was one guy Wednesday, bending over backwards trying to give the cop every benefit of the doubt. But, I think he was a good faith FReeper who just wanted to be fair to the cop. A couple of these others are just nasty people.

Can't be unintentional anything because he drew his gun, pointed it at the man, and pulled the trigger. Nothing unintentional in any of that. Murder is actually the lowest of three categories of murder in Ohio. It's not first degree, that's called aggravated murder. It's not second degree, that's felony murder. He's been charged with the lowest level of murder on the books, and will likely be eligible for parole.
I hope the jury nullifies any trial he might get. I hope he walks.

Blacks treat whites in authority like sh!t as a general rule. Even drunk DuBoozer would have shown a black cop more respect and cooperated fully. He would be alive now.

You also haven’t shown the toxicology report that shows he was drunk, or a drunkard, as you have repeatedly claimed.
He may have been drunk, don’t know yet. Still wouldn’t justify the cop shooting him in the head.
He didn't deserve to be shot, true. The cop didn't diverse disrespect. The gun went off when the perp went nuts trying to drive off. I don't think cop meant to pull the trigger but only he knows for sure. I still say he walks.
I’ve read he lasted one day as Ohio state patrol. He might not have been in control but he was not in control of his firearms and rules of engagement by shooting a guy in the head for a traffic violation out of his jurisdiction. But that’s just my opinion and I could be wrong.
you know, it used to be that way... "used to be". All the good will, trust and benefit of the doubt is mostly gone. LEOs in this country have watched way to much television/movies and large minority have "special forces" wanna-be syndromes for SWAT members and "hard ass street cop that stomps out bad guy" syndromes that they push around on easy marks like teens and law abiding citizens when they are out and about. A lot of people are just fed up with the BS fishing expeditions of stops for minor traffic violations, wrong address killing for no-knock raids, and even this death is going to ruin this cops life.
Even if found not guilty this will follow him and his family forever. The dead man was a drunk, baby making, multiple offender that probably was a drain on society, but the death penalty? I don't know. I am so glad I've never had the need to kill someone and have only been shot at once as a kid, but it seems like chasing or having this guy arrested later would have made both of these men's lives a bit easier. Now there are no winners. Just sad.
I hope he gets a fair trial. I think there is enough evidence to convict so he'll spend a lot of time in jail.
