LMAO. Are you really saying that there are a number of candidates like Trump, or that candidates like him are commonplace? Love him, hate him, or be completely indifferent to him. You have to admit that my statement "there are so few people like Trump" (clearly stated in the context of "there are so few candidates like Trump"), is accurate. And yet you say that is "worship"? Objectivity, is more like it. I can understand you voting, out of conscience, for only proven conservatives. Were I younger, and more selfish, I would probably do the same. But this is a seminal moment, and our decisions will have an effect. I will not throw my vote away, either for the enemy (the GOPe), or for the ones that scare them not at all (Cruz, Walker, etc.). I will vote for someone who I abhor, and don't trust, because it is the right thing to do for this country. Because he is the only one who has even a remote chance of actually changing things for the better.

See, you’re demonstrating an interesting aspect of what happens when a conservative decides to trash his principles in order to support a liberal.

You’re doing your best to try and minimize my relationship with God-—my personal experience with Him-—by labeling allegiance to Him as “selfish”, “throwing my vote away”, etc.

That’s why I didn’t relate the details of my spiritual experience regarding the 2012 election. I knew you would behave just as a liberal would, and attempt to dismiss it...in order to salve your own conscience and justify your support for a liberal.

Like I said, that’s what happens. In order to support a liberal, you have to become one. So you have fun with that.

BTW, for the record, I’ve heard all that “seminal election” crap before. Remember, 2012 was supposed to be the most important election ever.
