Pure, unmitigated evil. In addition to calling the left to account for their support of this, it is high time to hold libertarians accountable as well. Their artificial distinction between "fiscal issues" and "social issues" is just an excuse to live as debaucherous a life as they please without the government taking too much of the income necessary to fund it.

It's time for them (and us) to get something straight: So-called "social issues" are MORAL issues that define who we are as individuals and as a nation. They are thus the MOST IMPORTANT issues of all when taking positions on public policy and when choosing candidates for office. Fiscal problems are merely the symptom of a morally sick society, but the disease is lack of moral integrity.

And before some misguided libertarian tries to throw a twisted interpretation of the 10th Amendment at me, I must simply ask: If our laws do not protect life itself, then what purpose do laws serve at all?

Is this the video the ‘judge’ put the restraining order on. Superior Court judge has no authority outside California. They’d need a Federal judge to expand. If the video is on a server in any of the other 49 states. They can’t be stopped from releasing it. This is Partial Birth Abortion on Steroids.
