This lady lawyer was on tv. She is obviously looking for a cause of action in everything she does. She is arrogant about it also. She shouldn’t be on the deposition if she is milking herself. Why should all concerned have to wait for her at those rates of pay. She should be on leave.

I believe there was a pre-deposition agreement that she would leave the room. I think she said it herself in that video.

My gut says she is losing the existing lawsuit she is "lawyering" and probably a typical "no winnee, no monee" suit
