Give him a warning without knowing anything about him, turn him loose and let him drive his car a couple of miles into a crowded sidewalk and kill a few people?
I'm not saying the stop wasn't justified, maybe it was. But even if he was driving off, that justified shooting him? Why is deadly force the first choice and not the last one?

No, don’t do that. Answer my question, He was fleeing, WHY? And if YOU don’t have a reasonable answer then I would suspect the cop didn’t either, he could only surmise the worst, had only a split second to think about WHY a perp grabbed his arm, and was taking off.
