TOPICS: News/Current Events; US: New York
KEYWORDS: aviation; cuomo
The air traffic going to Newark and JFK is going to be insane. Nevermind one hour delays for light snow, it'll be 2.5 hours for light snow.

Trump has shamed him into rebuilding. Trump keeps saying our airports are of the third world.

Is he talking about the facility or the service?
To: wastedyears
Questions:
1. Who will he pay off through awarding a contract.
2. Isn’t it racist to call something “third world?”

The river will still be there as will the short runways. Pretty restaurants do not a safe airport make.

I flew out of,and back into,JFK last November. The first time I had visited the place in 20 years. It's no Nirvana.

Why?
NYC is rapidly becoming a city to match the airport...complete with public urination and leaders with box top educations combined with cretin level IQs.

Big Dig: New York City Y'know, the Big Dig was a massive boondoggle, and a perfect example of how not to manage public works projects....BUT, speaking as someone who spends quite a bit of time in Boston on business, it has dramatically changed the city for the better. It is much, much easier to get in/out/around Boston than it was 10 years ago, and areas of the city that were previously cut off by the Central Artery are now booming.

Wish we could bet the over / under on cost $4billion and time - 18 months

Biden is onboard with this, so maybe he’s running against Hillary.

Is that airport really really busy now? =)

The Leader had invited lots of guests to the opening ceremony, and as you can see, none turned him down. I assume things have been rather quiet since...

I was referring to the ‘3rd world’ appellation with respect to airline customer service. I avidly avoid engaging in commerce behind the TSA curtain.
