I have Cherokee grandchildren..

My favorite turns real brown in the summer and looks beautiful and Cherokee..

In her 13 years of life she has not been “taunted” for her color..

what did the Bush kid say or do to his “tormentors” to cause them to retaliate ???

Act Jebbie ???

If you're attractive as well you can be certain there will be times when you are ‘avoided” and “ignored”. Or have those who like you for other reasons then to be just friendly.

That would never be said to be “discriminatory”....but the behavior of others definitely fits the mode.

I have found as a general rule that children of this era do not “taunt” one another over their skin color.

Whether that is due to enforced political correctness, or just the fact that it simply does not matter to them, it appears to be the case.
