Polio vaccine developed 1952, before Roe V Wade.
Chicken-pox vaccine was developed from a culture that was originally grown on human fetal lung tissue, but quickly transferred to embryonic guinea pig cell cultures.
The polio vaccine was developed using monkey kidney cells.
The rabies vaccine was collected from infected rabbits and then dried.

In order to develop the weakened viral strain, there must be a medium or “cell culture” to grow it in.
The cell cultures are a single type of cell that multiplies itself in a predictable fashion.
These long-lasting cell cultures are called “cell lines.”

At least in case of Polio. The Polio vaccine was cultured in HeLa cells. The HeLe cell line came from a 31 year old woman so I don't think she could be considered "fetal" by any stretch of the imagination.
