I don’t believe in gun laws of any kind other than every child 12 and older should no how to handle a fire arm and regardless of one’s criminal or mental history(a red herring in the debate anyway) every citizen has the right to own a firearm. It say’s ‘’Shall not be infringed’’.

No "assault weapons" were used at Lafayette. Commie "one note" O'Malley just can't help himself. Ban. Ban. Ban. Go away jackass. The MENTALLY ILL shooter at Lafayette LIED on his Form 4473 question 11f. He HAD been involuntary committed to a mental institution. The NICS system failed to detect that he lied, so the government is the cause of the failure. Further, when valid NICS denials occurs, the government never follows up. It is a waste of money.
