Kinda like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Carly Fiorina as Vice President
Department of Foreign Affairs, (change the name back.) - Ted Cruz
Department of Justice - Trey Gowdy
Department of Treasury Steve Forbes
Department of War, (change the name back.) - LTC. West
Department of Interior, (includes former Agriculture, and Transportation functions) - Gov. Palin
Department of Labor and Commerce (includes former Energy legitimate functions) Gov. Walker
Department of Health and Human Services, (includes VA functions) Doctor Benjamin Carson
Department of Homeland Security Gov. Martinez
Department of Education - ELIMINATE
Department of Housing and Urban Development ELIMINATE
Trump has only raised $1.9 Million, while Bush has banked over $100 Million. Trump’s fundraising is at #17. There is NO WAY he can win.
(my imitation of a Walker supporter trying to take down Trump)
BTTT
On the other hand, do we want a system where only rich men can run for President?
I keep warning people, Freepers don’t know how much fiorina is hated. She can’t be on the ticket, she’ll lose more votes than gain.
Trump should list all of JEB!’s big donors and ask what they have been promised by JEB if he wins.
Well, if you follow the logic of the progressives that poverty causes crime (and therefore lack of virtue), we must conclude that wealth causes virtue, right?
That was my first thought on it as well. While I can respect the point he’s trying to make, the simple reality is that only a very few people are capable of funding their own campaigns at a national level. I don’t know that I want a plutocracy as a form of government.
“Carly Fiorina as Vice President”
No way! She’s a total idiot! HP was run into the ground with her as CEO.
Amen. #SiliconValleyRemembers
So who is your VP suggestion?
So who is your VP suggestion?
Trump and Susana Martinez would make their heads explode.
Sounds good to me.
Re Carly, my wife was very impressed with her interview a few weeks ago on Fox.
Carly did a good job.
No. But I also don't want a system where rich men are automatically disqualified simply because they are "rich."
In fact, you would expect most presidents to be rich. Wouldn't we prefer to have our president (chief executive) be a person who achieved success outside of politics?
ASA vet as CIA Director or National Security Advisor!
The thing is, these days with social media, does it really take all that much money to run a campaign and to reach out to people?
I think you can run an effective campaign for a fraction of the cost that politicians spend, of course it would put a bunch of useless political consultants out of business.
Sorry, not going to happen.
Somehow, this slipped under the radar a few weeks back ...
