Walkers campaign certainly invited Trump to respond with the Walker
fundraising letter.

And Trump responded today by dropping a big hammer on Walker.

Great line about The Des Moines Register waiting outside.

Overall a good speech but he’s going to have to start adding to what he’s been saying.

A good next move would be on trade agreements and jobs.

I do not and can not trust any politician as they are government controlled finger puppets. Maybe Trump can and will win and maybe he could use men like Scott Walker and Cruz as his agents to root out all the rino and dem communist liberals in government.

Trump is a demagogue, just like the one we have now, but coming from the right. Have we ever heard him speak of the Constitution? Has he ever talked about returning the government to the people, like Reagan did? He just wants to make the trains run on time. He is a dangerous candidate and would be a more dangerous president where liberty is concerned.

OMG. I just watched the Iowa speech. I have never seen such a leader. If you are a skeptic, please watch and report back unless you are a bushie or a criminal hilliary supporter.

If given a Choice between Trump - Cruz - Walker (at least) I would choose Cruz - then Walker - then Trump. But - If I had to choose between Trump and Hillary or ANY Democrat ... I would choose Trump.

Trump is useful for the reasons I have been posting about. But - not my first choice by far.

I mainly like him because he will keep the GOP Establishment WAY OFF BALANCE and help keep Jeb Bush from being rammed down our throats.

My Speculation on Trump:

What we do not like about Trump (Past statements on Gun Control, probably would sign a bill to give a ‘Pathway to Citizenship, and other things I do not like -— The Biggest difference is that Trump Loves His Country — totally unlike obama... and Trump is not as immorally politically expedient as Hillary — Trump will not do anything imaginable to be or remain President with no moral compunctions (in my opinion).....

With a Conservative Congress or a mostly Conservative one... I do not see a President Trump clambering for any sort of Gun Control. IMO - Trump would not be leading the charge for Gun Control — Trump unlike the way obama is or Hillary is and would be

Trump - IMO - would not be leading the charge on any Liberal issue with a Conservative Congress... except the rabid U.S. Chamber of Commerce would continue its strong push for some sort of Amnesty (modified). And Trump would listen and do something close to what they want.

I see Trump (as POTUS) governing a like a blend of GWB, Bush Senior, a dash of B Clinton, and and even a dash of Reagan

I think down deep he despises obama and his fundamental changes to America...

I do not think Trump would in a reactionary fashion do the bidding of the radical blacks or leftists... I believe he would see the sense of defusing and calming down (over time) the faux racial issues that obama has fanned the flames of ..... I think groups like Occupy Wall Street bunch would get a Trump stiff arm.

I think Trump would see the sense of reforming law enforcement but not labeling them as racist — just get law enforcement back to being the people’s police.

And all this obama Excuse Making for Jihais and Islamic Radicals would go by the wayside .. I see a President dumping all involvement of such questionable people in our government ... Maybe some Muslims but not the ones obama has picked and nurtured

I see a Trump President focusing very much on the economy and jobs - getting the EPA and IRS and other obtrusive Government offices OUT OF THE LIVES of AMERICANS ...

With Trump having had the meeting with Ted Cruz and donating money to the Cruz campaign a few days ago ... as a pact forming ... Cruz has the Religious Right and much of the Conservative Bloc wrapped up ... With Trump as a moderate they could get a lot of votes...

Also Bottom Line — I see Trump appointing Cabinet Officers from REAL American STOCK — not leftist - progressives . If Trump is smart he will indicate that he would draw from the list of Republican Primary Contenders for his Cabinet...

Remember my preference (as if it really mattered) is for a strong Conservative like Ted Cruz... But Trump is a reasonable - manageable person (business deals - compromise) — He would listen — not be a dictator like obama

Trump would do things I do not want done -— but I would not CRINGE every time I heard his name .... Just thinking of obama or a hillary makes me nauseous.

Think Trump and Cruz will make a pact to simultaneously announce — about one month to 6 weeks before the first Primary vote that each would pick the other for VP - depending on who wins the other would be the VP pick.

This would set a firestorm of support from the Religious Right and Conservatives / Tea Parties and Moderates and Middle and everyone in between... UNITE and get rid of the hideous legacy of obama and the specter of having have a Hillary for POTUS...

And if they were smart they would announce that their opponents in the Primaries would be the Primary Pool from which they would both pick the Cabinet officers and White House staff and advisors ...

This would send a signal to all reasonable Americans that the dark days of obama and the sewer of Hillary ARE DONE AND OVER...

Trump is all about pop culture notoriety...and I would never underestimate that!

But....you have to stoke that fire non-stop.

The MSM knows their audience, they are dimwits and the “democrats care about the little guy” crowd.

Trump (leading the way in many respects) has to be bombastic...make the MSM fear they will lose their following the TMZ, YouTube or Facebook.

This is what the MSM fears.... Becoming functionally obsolete. (Among an audience of morons ironically)

I’m hoping that the real demagogues, the GOP National organization, the Bushes, the Roves, the McCains, the McConnells and the Grahams of the GOP, and their ilk, will squeeze Trump too hard, he will run a third party candidacy and some nut case like Bernie Sanders gets elected.

Only by destroying the National GOP as it exists today is there any hope for reform.

Only a sustaining, election spoiling third party will get this problem solved.

I posted this on another thread, but I’ll post it here also...

Trump: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly...

The Good: I love Trump. He’s a breath of fresh air. He seems like the guy that we want to win and the guy to beat Hillary.

The Bad: He’s the right guy but when he talks about how “simple” it would be to tell Ford in Mexico, “Hey, every Ford you send us I will tax 35%”, that’s the wrong idea and the worng message. Who suffers from that 35% tariff? THE AMERICAN CONSUMER and accordingly THE AMERICAN ECONOMY. The American consumer will have to pay 35% more to buy a Ford. People who like Ford are basically SOL. THAT IS NOT free trade and does NOT solve America’s economic woes, it make them worse.

The Ugly: Trump’s a good guy but economically, he’s pointing his guns in the wrong direction. The BIG PROBLEM economically in the country is the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT with their idiotic, mind-numbing, and economically disastrous regulations like minimum wage, corporate taxes, union protection, and regulatory agencies so pervasive it makes business in the U.S. almost impossible. The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is the REAL SOURCE of manufacturing and jobs going out of the U.S. Trump is never going to fix our economy by raising taxes which is what a tariff is. Tariffs are self-defeating acts that force artificially high prices upon the American consumer and the feds pocket the difference. A healthy economy, thriving businesses and thus, more jobs, will come from LOWER TAXES and a market economy FREE of government interference.

Trump should know better. Maybe he was brainwashed by Keynesian economics at the Wharton School, I don’t know. But IMO, Trump should know better by now. He should know the difference between negotiating private deals in the free market and government interference in the free market. Free-market negations, like what Trump is used to in real estate, are great for the economy and drive for the creation of business and economic expansion and wealth. But tariffs are government interference in the free market, especially those used to “punish” trading partners. Government interference, like penalizing tariffs, drives an anemic economy, creates more poverty, and stifles free trade, and it is free trade that creates wealth in America.

Trump addresses the most important issue facing American Patriots and white Americans. The main issues in American politics are mass immigration, demographic change, and the new Culture War against implicit symbols of white identity. A celebrity businessman is now the leading GOP candidate for president only because of his banal truism that illegals from Mexico commit crimes. The overwhelmingly white base of the Republican Party is coping with the brutal reality that European-Americans will be a minority in the country they created. Even the Left is gripped in internecine warfare as an older generation of white progressives grapple with a multicultural monster of its own creation, as minority activists would rather agitate about “white privilege” than suffer through boring speeches about jobs or infrastructure.
