Try to get a socialist to admit Nazis were socialists, or even left wing. They refuse to look at links or even Wiki, saying “history is written by the victors” but with a double meaning.

The Fascists were the "third force," concept, bundling Socialism & Capitalism. The Nazis were the outright Socialists, bundling Karl Marx's tactic to a corrupted form of German nationalism.

(The idea--embraced by Obama & now Hillary--of demonizing 1% of the population as scapegoats, goes back to Karl Marx's suggestion of a tactical approach to unifying a population against a scape goat. Marx--as Hitler--three generations later--selected the German Jews as a scapegoat.)
