It’s exactly how primaries work....You think Cruz and Rubio are buddies?
Who cares? It’s always been this way.
To: elhombrelibre
Attack your friends and those close to you. So you think McCain and the rest of the GOP-e are Trump's friends or our friends for that matter?

I’d get along with Trump, too. But I wouldn’t want him to be our president. They’re two different things.

So Trump nails RINOs and the GOPe and leaves the one other true conservative - Cruz alone and you are not happy about that? Please you need to brush up on American politics.

The RINOs are now the majority in the GOP. Why not?

Well, it could help to get the favored GOPe candidate (e.g., Jeb Bush) elected and keep Cruz safely out of the way, but yeah, the big game is if he ultimately goes third-party after having built up enough conservative-voter followers.

Im not wrong in assessing Trump based on his history. What, are you the only one who never heard "Past performance does not guarantee future results?"
That's pretty weak reasoning for such a vigorous claim.
Its not just novel as a way to win and be effective; its wrong.
It's also nothing but speculation on your part. I think you may have forgotten that.

You do realize the meaning of that statement is that just because someone has previously done well doesn't mean they will do well in the future, right?
The presidency is not like real estate development (especially where the banks and public bail you out, like Trump) or reality TV shows. Yes, he's done well at those things. That's not speculation. He's done well at that and supporting Democrats. That's a fact.

The hole in your theory is that Conservatives aren’t going to vote for the Republican just because he’s Republican this time.
The 2014 Midterms all but guaranteed that.

With all due respect, I think you underestimate both the perfidy of the GOP establishment and the potential of Trump. Also, this is the primary season and I think Reagan’s 11th commandment no longer applies.
Just my opinion.
By the way, I looked at your page. Thanks for your service and your suggested reading list looks interesting. I have read True Believers. Fantastic book by a fantastic author.

Huh? Where’s that in “my theory”?
To: elhombrelibre
To defeat the democrats, we must first defeat the republicans.

The comment stands.

I follow Trump on Twitter. Every shot at Rove or Perry or Murdoch, etc, is in response to an attack. So the “analysis” should show that his own party attacks him more than Democrats.

I can’t think of any conservatives in the race other than Cruz. If you are wishy washy on immigration or support amnesty, you are not a conservative, you are a traitor to the country.
To: 9YearLurker
Huh? Wheres that in my theory? Helping the favored GOP candidate....
