Excellent analysis.

I would only modify one line slightly (and you did use the word “positive” earlier):

“Unless there are measurable POSITIVE results it is all bs for Trump.”

There are, unfortunately, a great many negative results emanating from Washington these days.

Trump would do well to steer away from direct personal attacks, and instead hammer on the illusion vs. results / reality theme, with regard to his opponents.

This leads to a closely related point: Many voters, including many moderates and even some libs, believe that most if not all politicians are crooks, liars, ineffective, etc. Trump could, for example, pound on the façade of the usually-reported employment / unemployment numbers. Unemployment is claimed to be low, but most people still have a sense that much is NOT well. Some facts and figures from Mr. Trump could go a long way, here.

Additionally, Trump has focused on criminals coming in from Mexico, but a question that affects more people is: Why are we importing millions of cheap laborers from Mexico to compete with millions of our own citizens? In many millions of cases, our citizens have simply left the job market: Is that good?

Or, the Donald could point at the US’ anemic economic growth, and compare to China (where it’s regarded as near disaster if growth falls under 7%.) Well, what the heck? Are the Chinese that superior to us, or is it our own leadership that has trapped us in a Japan-like economy? Who is responsible, and who is benefitting from a situation where the middle class is slowly being sucked dry, and ever more dependent on the government?

Trump should ask voters: Do YOU trust the government, which is sinking in debt, to have an ever larger role in taking care of you and your family? (Just look at what’s happening to the Social Security Disability Fund.) Or should we get back to an opportunity based economy which does not depend on the Government to hand out goodies to those it wishes to reward... and screw the rest.(?)

These are just a few ideas: I’m sure Mr. Trump has someone following large forums such as FR, and maybe some of you can think up even better “attacks” on “the political and monetary establishment” that will resonate with average voters, without being nasty or too “personal”. Make your ideas simple, straightforward, and easily presentable.

This by the way, is not so much to advance Mr. Trump, as it is to focus the country on reality vs. illusion.

BTW, one's just gotta love the proposed solution: Take more money that isn't there anymore (from the Retirement Fund) and plug it into the Disability Fund.
