You apparently have no clue about the force continuum, but nice try. Once he ordered her out of the vehicle and she refused, her passive aggressiveness warranted the use of the taser per TX law and most department policies. That is well within the standard protocols for use of force guidelines.
Also, keep in mind, most cops out shoot and out train most civilians so I dare you to try and shoot a cop as your clearly implying. See how that works out for you!
Obviously ignored the deaths caused by tazers. Facts, stubborn things. Apparently acceptable to some, again, others nope. Use of a tazer that can possibly kill someone, one who is not combative is unlawful, inhumane, and violates one’s rights. There’s not going to be time to “hope for the best” settle that in some court room. Safety is paramount. At least ya learned a bit about the modern black talon round that never went away though.
