Who's supposed to be the professional here?
This was a non-threatening lone female traffic infraction stop. This became inordinately clear to this cop very quickly. He didn't handle it right. There was no discretion used here. This didn't need to happen. This cop wouldn't recognize common sense discretion if it hit him broadside on Interstate 10.
He clearly wanted to escalate this and that's exactly what he got.
He's supposed to be the professional who interacts with public, who is supposed to recognize what is a threat and what is not? No? He had no intention of doing any of that.
Raise the property taxes in Texas to pay up for this upcoming massive lawsuits....
Get your wallets out.
Your question is not relevant. What is a relevant question is who is the one who escalated it, and the answer to that question is her.
But I will answer your irrelevant question just for kicks and giggles. He was professional. I don't see anything wrong in what he did. She is the one who behaved like a complete ass.
Furthermore, I do not see why Texas municipalities or taxpayers should be on the hook for her decision to kill herself at all.
He did not violate the law so her family can’t sue the State or the Department so no need to raise any taxes. Texas isn’t a p#ssy State that rewards criminals like this lady. Again, you apparently know nothing about TX.
