But that the point... once you buy it to it and reaction either way you just validate the crap
Golden rule.... if you had someone telling you crap..then someone else just playing it straight with you is what you need
look I lost and arm at 14 to cancer and in a single mother family..we we were not rich....and I had people wanting me to be mad at the world...it will eat you up.
you need to have people that do not kiss your ass for no reason or kick your ass for no reason...but people that call you.when your head up you ass even with a reason
just play it straight....its the other guy problem if they cant accept that your indifferent to the race either way..
When I talk about this, I’m trying to address the problem of advancement. So while I recognize the problem for what it is, I’m not against giving people chances on an individual basis. I’ve got nothing against Blacks. Come to me with a good attitude, and qualifications, and I’m willing to give it a go.
No, blaming life or others just doesn’t cut it. Generally speaking, no matter how bad we have it, there are people out there that could make us ashamed of ourselves, with their relative loses compared to our own.
I’m sure you learned that along the way. Good for you.
This many years later it’s probably unnecessary for me to say, but I’m sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how tough that must have been on you at that stage in your life.
You overcame. What an achievement.
