“Guys like Trump and Rush Limbaugh have larger than life personalities. It’s their livelihood.”

Rush is an entertainer. Trump is just the type of person that gives being rich a bad name. In fact he gives a bad name to ANYTHING he associates with.

I have seen people say and do some really disagreeable things here on FR, but supporting Trump is right up there - or maybe worse - that the loons that supported Paul. At least Paul actually believed some of the libertine nonsense he spouted. Trump is just playing folks here and elsewhere for fools. He must be a student of P.T. Barnum.

You bitch!

“In fact he gives a bad name to ANYTHING he associates with.”

Tell it to the veterans he has helped with money. Tell it to the USMC who honored Trump for his support. Trump has associated with veterans for YEARS!! You are obviously IGNORANT of that fact.

WTH have YOU done for our military?

In fact, what makes YOU so perfect? Nevermind. Stay there with your ivory tower up your ass an NO solutions. You are not needed.

Sola, I can sympathize with your hatred of Donald Trump, however Donald Trump to me represents a clear breath of fresh air in politics. He says what he thinks and doesn’t run everything by a committee of political operatives to see how well it will poll.

At this point the only two feasible candidates are Ted Cruz and Donald Trump. At this point Ted Cruz is languishing in the back of the pack, undone by his TPA and H1B stands. I don’t think he can recover. He lost the momentum.

At this point Trump is the Anti-Politician. That is just the kind of guy that can attract a lot of people who are just fed up with politics as usual. In that sense, the more off the charts he gets with his remarks, the higher he will climb in the charts.

There is a long way to go in this campaign. The funny thing is that the further down the road we go, the more momentum Trump will get.

If for no other reason than he is making both the left and the GOP go into hysterics, his candidacy is the best thing that has happened in decades.

I want you to take a look at the things Trump has addressed.

1. Who else has
2. Who else has gotten action (sanctuary cities)
3. What leftists have you seen address the issues Trump has
.a. illegals
.b. sanctuary cities
.c. the military
.d. our veterans
.e. jobs
.f. bad trade deals
.g. that idiot stick McCain
.h. the border

There are others I can’t remember now. What Leftists do you know of that has pushed these issues?

You can game few of these, but all these and more?

I can appreciate where you’re coming from.

The guy is serious. I may not continue to support as we get nearer to the primaries and nomination, but until Trump tips his hand, count me in.

Trump is just the kind of guy that gives being rich a good name.

He has done good things with his money too.

Take him to task when he’s wrong. Accept it when he’s right.

Right now your fellow travelers are the GOPe, the DNC, the RNC, the leaders on Capital Hill, Barack Obama, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, John McCain, Matt Lauer, the Sunday Morning talking heads, the Washington Post, the Des Moine Register...

Think about that...
