I'm interested in seeing how far north those creatures get. Animal experts say they can't get too far north because they will not be able to adapt to extreme cold like opossums (another Southern native) did when they went north.

On a recent trip to Branson I started seeing dead armadillos on the road after we got past Kansas City. I wish I had a dollar for every one I saw.
