Today, Center for Medical Progress released its second video exposing Planned Parenthood’s illegal participation in aborted baby parts trafficking, as the current headline on Drudge indicates (which links to this LifeNews.com story).View the video here:

As this investigation continues to grab more of the public attention than any investigation to date, here are key talking points:
1. Planned Parenthood abortionist Mary Gatter (in latest video), Medical Director of Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley in California, is clearly haggling over the price of baby parts. She admits Planned Parenthood doesn’t “have to do anything” yet still gets paid, doesn’t want to “lowball,” starts out at $75/specimen and by the end of the conversation is suggesting that $100/specimen is not enough and we may have to “bump it up.” She understands that payment per-specimen is only for high-quality “tissue that you actually take, not just tissue that someone volunteers and you can’t find anything.” This is flat out profiteering on fetal tissue with no relation whatsoever to actual costs.
2. Last week, Planned Parenthood made three key admissions (here and here): One, they harvest fetal organs; two, they receive payment in connection with this; and three, they support this all at the national level. Their only denial is that they receive any “financial benefit” or “profit,” and we are starting to see that is a lie because the so-called “reimbursement” they take in far exceeds any real or imagined costs of harvesting.
3. Now seven eight* state and three congressional committees are investigating Planned Parenthood. PP needs to stop stalling and leveraging its name recognition into feigned innocence and if they truly have nothing to hide, cooperate fully with the investigations.

Roger Evans, the author of the letter, is the head of the same Litigation and Law Department that Dr. Nucatola says “really doesn’t want us to be the middle people for this issue, right now” of harvesting fetal organs. Roger Evans gave a presentation to Planned Parenthood affiliates at their March 2015 National Meeting encouraging them to supply fetal tissue in exchange for remuneration. He has been helping Planned Parenthood evade the law on fetal tissue trafficking for over 15 years, and if Planned Parenthood is so confident they follow the law on baby parts sales, they should willingly provide the conference recording of his presentation to the three Congressional committees now investigating.

Since 42 U.S. Code § 289g–2 - Prohibitions regarding human fetal tissue outlaws the sale of human tissue I do not understand how PP can sit and talk with an organization that proposes to do just that (the only possible exception being that they intend to do so intra-state). Can anybody help me on this?
