I wonder if these women are informed about the intended uses of there babies? Maybe it is in the fine print in the medical form. This is sick stuff and the women should at least be told about it if indeed they aren’t told.
I am not a betting man but if I had to bet I would say they are all in dark about what is going on. The women that is.

Since 42 U.S. Code § 289g–2 - Prohibitions regarding human fetal tissue outlaws the sale of human tissue I do not understand how PP can sit and talk with an organization that proposes to do just that (the only possible exception being that they intend to do so intra-state). Can anybody help me on this?

The killing of a human being, under the Criminal Code of Canada, is against the law. Unfortunately, the legal definition is based upon 400+ year old precedent. Per that definition of ‘human being’, one only becomes a ‘human being’ when one has ‘crowned’. In 2012, a private member’s motion was introduced, asking Parliament to form a special committee to study the 400-year-old definition of a human being. The motion was easily defeated with 100% of the New Democraptic Party voting against this motion. Legally in Canada, an abortion can occur up to and including the ninth month of pregnancy, since one is not legally a ‘human being’ until the child has ‘crowned’ (though this late to term, it is apparently, very rare). Not all of our ‘Conservative’ politicians hadn’t the stones to stand up for what was right.
Since US law is based upon a variation of common law, ie: based upon precedent, they could possibly argue ‘viability’ using Canadian law as precedent. Of course, if the definition of ‘vialibility’ has been decided in other US jurisdictions, THOSE judgements would take precedence. They might argue the pre-born babies they killed were not viable, so not ‘human beings’.
Hopefully, PP will be brought to trial and the (criminal) organisation will be shut down. Hopefully, some will spend time in prison, giving them a chance for some quiet time to meet the Lord.
