A pro-life and medical ethics group has released a second undercover video that claims to show a Planned Parenthood Federation of America official “haggling” over aborted fetuses, as well as the abortion methods used to procure “specimens.”

The heavily edited, more than eight-minute video from the Center for Medical Progress features a discussion between two actors posing as tissue buyers and Dr. Mary Gatter, a doctor at Planned Parenthood and the president of the medical doctors’ council.

While Gatter is seen repeatedly stating in the clip — which was filmed in February 2015 — that, ”We’re not in it for the money,” she also repeatedly uses the word “compensation” to describe a potential arrangement between the buyers and Planned Parenthood affiliates.

In the paper here this morning it was mentioned, as an entirely fabricated video stunt, a “fraudulent [...] campaign of corporate espionage” which planned parenthood is complaining about presently to the house energy and commerce committee.

While I’m against Planned Parenthood, I don’t see how they could be prosecuted under RICO. That wouldn’t apply.

I can see where "enterprise" might be open for discussion, but the Supreme Court has held in Boyle v United States that the term "enterprise" as it relates to Planned Parenthood can refer to either illegitimate or legitimate endeavors.

If running illegal operations in baby organs doesn't qualify, I guess I'd have a hard time imagining what might.
