I can see where "enterprise" might be open for discussion, but the Supreme Court has held in Boyle v United States that the term "enterprise" as it relates to Planned Parenthood can refer to either illegitimate or legitimate endeavors.

If running illegal operations in baby organs doesn't qualify, I guess I'd have a hard time imagining what might.

I need more coffee. That case wasn’t about Planned Parenthood directly but did involve a definition of the term “enterprise”.

Sheesh.
