In general, why would Russia and China have problems doing business with Saudi Arabia? Is it a case of Three Meglomaniacs meet in a bar, and say “This town (the developed world) aint big enough for all three of us”?

The Saudis financially support Islamic terror in both Russia and China, and have cooperated with the US and EU in manipulating the market price of oil and gas to the detriment of both Russia and China.

While China and to some extent Russia, are willing to do business, these actions are not taken lightly.
