The Saudis financially support Islamic terror in both Russia and China, and have cooperated with the US and EU in manipulating the market price of oil and gas to the detriment of both Russia and China.

While China and to some extent Russia, are willing to do business, these actions are not taken lightly.

I see. That’s a big reason to mistrust any deal involving the Saudis. Israel almost has no choice but to hold their nose and get a strong partner however possible. Russia and China are not as desperate, and can wait for decades before committing.
