The Empire State Building has a message for Mother Teresa - you don't deserve to be honored in lights.

In the interview with Trump on another thread he mentions that he owns the land under the Empire State Building.

Perhaps this means that he gets to charge them rent. But if they don't pay what he wants, what is he going to do, make them move the building?

The Picken’s Plan, as I recall, called for widespread use of domestic natural gas until ‘better and equally reliable ways can be found to reduce our dependence on ME oil’.

The big boys always know what’s coming down the pike long before us commoners do, so fracking may be what Mr. Pickens had in mind when he mentioned ‘better ways of obtaining crude’, but just didn’t mention it. That wouldn’t surprise me.

Still, fracking has been a game changer. Much to the chagrin of 0bama, NY State Gov Andrew Cuomo, and multitudes of environwackos.
