I made the mistake once, of tasting some seaweed that my wife bought at Costco.
I might be willing to make the same mistake again if this really tastes like bacon . . .

This seaweed, essentially being a giant algae, lends itself quite nicely to being grown in huge vats or tanks, then harvested in large sheets, dried then packed for shipment. The food world may see a revolution in new uses for this tasty treat!.........................
