God bless decent law and decent order.
Somebody tell me what’s wrong with the US Immigration Laws already on the books. You know, the ones that worked just fine ever since their conception. What is this empty and meaningless conversation about “comprehensive” immigration reform?
Bring back Ellis Island! I suppose Ellis Island only worked because immigrants were generally God fearing, morally and ethically sound, a profound willingness to assimilate, with a work ethic and great appreciation for the American tradition of charity and opportunity.
You have it 100% right. The laws that are currently on the books are perfectly operable, if only they were enforced. It is very possible that quotas need realigning, but that’s up to Congress.
