Planned Parenthood has a dilemma on their hands: the Center for Medical Progress has released a video of their top doctor, Deborah Nucatola, discussing their negotiations with a business called Stem Express that purchases aborted babies’ body parts for experimentation.
As LifeNews reported, Dr. Nucatola tells actors posing as buyers from a human biologics company that Planned Parenthood charges per-specimen for baby body parts and is aware of their own liability for doing so. Unbelievably, she also explains that some body parts, such as livers and heads, are much more popular and go for a higher price than other specimen.
Of course, Planned Parenthood was quick to defend their abortion business and said their activities are completely legitimate because sometimes their patients want to donate fetal tissue to scientific research.

In a flyer from Stem Express, they describe their business as “a multi-million dollar company that supplies human blood, tissue products, primary cells and other clinical specimens to biomedical researchers.” Then they encourage organizations to pursue their business because they can help them implement programs that bring in financial profits. The Federalist points out that the Stem Express flyer even quotes a Planned Parenthood official who endorses their business.
According to the National Catholic Register, StemExpress makes a considerable amount of money selling the aborted baby body parts:
One of the buyers of fetal material from Planned Parenthood mentioned in the exchange is StemExpress, a business that sells fetal liver cells from anywhere between $488 to $24,250.
A representative of StemExpress informed the Register Tuesday that the company is aware of the video and will be following up with a response.
Now, following their exposure, StemExpress has taken down its web site, according to these screen shots from pro-life activist Jill Stanek:

On the video Nucatola is heard talking about pricing, that “specimens” would range from $30 to $100. It is expected that Planned Parenthood will claim these charges are merely for their services and do not include a profit. Daleiden told Breitbart News that there are no extra services because companies like StemExpress are there at the facility to harvest the organs on order and walk out with them, not even shipping charges.
Daleiden said that while the practice goes on around the country, it is especially hard to prosecute in California because of the political power of the abortion industry.
The buying and selling of human body parts is illegal under the U.S. Criminal Code though companies can charge for expenses. The question becomes how a “multi-million dollar” for-profit company buys fetal body parts and sells them but makes no profit.
Repeated calls to StemExpress for a comment have gone unreturned. The company website crashed sometime today.
Remember, it isn’t a Penalty, it’s a Tax.
I’m wondering how many other Planned Parenthood offices around the country are engaging in the sale of aborted baby body parts.

You know in this case the women a lot of the time had no idea. Okay in this video they were asked to donate “tissue” but remember this is a “product of conception” or a “mass of cells” to these women it’s not even a fully formed baby..yet.
Some women who enter these clinics have no idea their babies are sold after, they are never told. I have read this in other reports.
Some don’t even stop to consider their baby is in a garbage dump somewhere. Or was burned with medical waste. Flushed down the sink. No clue.
I recall a 60 minutes show a decade or so ago on at home abortion The woman helping doing the abortion showed a mass of tissues in a bowl saying see this isn’t a baby...its tissues...big lie!1
