Cruz is still my man, but I love Trump for speaking up loudly, directly and honestly about the illegal alien invasion and bringing it to the forefront in this election. He and Cruz are putting the GOP amnesty pimps to shame and the voters are loving it. And I pray that if and when Trump begins to fade, his supporters will jump onto the Cruz bandwagon. With Trump and Cruz supporters combined, well crush Jeb Bush and the Rovian GOP-e amnesty pimps!!
Go, Trump, GO!!
Go, Cruz, GO!!
Enforce the law!!
Secure the borders!!
Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity!!
AMEN!!!!

I'm in that camp too, except I like Walker as well because, as governor, he's been in a position to implement his policies and has a proven track record of both beating the left and putting them in their place. I think he could bring in a lot of regular working class folks.

Out of about 50 at a recent Hispanic Patriot meeting all but one seemed to have Jeb on their “no way” list. The exception described herself as a life-long Democrat who was going to vote Republican this time due to the Gay marriage issue. Her first choice was Trump, then Cristie, then Jeb.
I too have yet to meet anyone who has Jeb as their first choice. Most have him on their “no hereditary titles” list.

Anyone who is willing to speak truths and sacrifice fortunes to the pillars of inequity and injustice that seem to serve as a foundation of our big GUbamint today is OK by me.

Jim Robinson the debates will be here before we know it and the primaries.
Might as well strike the iron while it’s hot for Ted Cruz could use a huge endorsement from a Conservative fourm and group like Free Republic, a full page thread on why Ted Cruz is the presidential candidate of choice among Conservatives.
If and when Donald Trump does fade that Ted Cruz being gracious towards Donald Trump will keep Donald Trump going 3rd party on us and will bow out gracefully and help Ted Cruz get elected and help with money.

Same with me. I work part time as a Group Tour Director, meeting folks from all over the U.S. I hear politics discussed on these trips all the time, although I don’t engage.
I have never heard anyone say a good word about Jeb.

Cruz/Trump can make a deal and use Trumps money to bypass the degenerate RNC and fascist “big donors” that the rest of the field have TO BEG FOR MONEY.

EXACTLY WHAT I AM THINKING...........
To: MeshugeMikey
Another perspective could be that he’s made his $Billions and now that he’s almost 70 years old, it is time for him to think of his legacy. The situation presented with the current crop of wusses means that he’s comfortable going in and disrupting the china shop. He did that, he was lucky, and now he’s got a national audience.
If he wasn’t serious about establishing his legacy (he has written a book, available on Amazon), then we shall soon see, because someone who just got lucky will not get lucky again.

Great points, I hadn’t considered them. Perhaps that is what this meeting this week between Cruz & Trump is all about — an alliance of sorts.

Indeed he is. PLUS he is a conservative his principles shine through. He has a core that he relies upon.
