Hillary: "We Have To Build A Growth And Fairness Economy"
RCP Video ^ | 7-13-2015 | RCP transcript

Posted on 07/14/2015 4:50:47 AM PDT by Sir Napsalot

HILLARY CLINTON, CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT: Now today — today, as the shadow of crisis recedes and longer- term challenges come into focus, I believe we have to build a growth and fairness economy. You can’t have one without the other. We can’t create enough jobs and new businesses without more growth, and we can’t build strong families and support our consumer economy without more fairness. We need both.

Because while America standing again, we are not yet running the way we should. Corporate profits are at near record highs and Americans are working as hard as ever. But paychecks had nearly budged in real terms. Families today are stretched in so many directions, and so are their budgets. Out of pocket costs of health care, child care, hearing for aging parents, are rising a lot faster than wages.

(snip)

Millions of hardworking Americans tell similar stories. Wages need to rise to keep up with cost, paychecks need to grow. Families who work hard and do their part deserve to get ahead and stay ahead. The defining economic challenge of our time clear. We must raise incomes for hard-working Americans, so they can afford a middle-class life. We must drive steady income growth that lifts up families, and lifts up our country. And that…

(APPLAUSE)

And that will be my mission, from the first day I am president to the last.

“we can’t build strong families and support our consumer economy without more fairness.”

Well! There it is again...that word...FAIRNESS.

It’s not FAIR that everyone can live in the same lifestyle as anyone else. That’s not FAIR.

What’s not FAIR is that I am working my ass off and paying enormous taxes locally, state and national and the human scum not working are living off my taxes.

FAIR = COMMUNISM

America needs to realize that one of the first signs of dementia is believing anything that comes from the mouth of anyone named Clinton who has been seen on television and is NOT connected to Parliament Funkadelic in any way.

Given the liberal concept of “fairness” the two terms, growth and fairness are irredeemably contradictory.

“What the heck does that even mean? The shadow of crisis isn’t receded, it looms very large over nearly half the citizenry.”

Are you British? You seem to have a penchant for understatement. It seems to me that the shadow of crisis looms over all of us, INCLUDING the mindless hag who made that statement. Who can feel secure now? Not even the richest man on Earth in my opinion and he may be the most insecure of all.

Once again, a stark lack of details and rationale from Hillary.

Where’s the beef?

Brilliant quote from Vaclav Havel. Jean-Francois Revel understood this as well:

The great misfortune of the twentieth Century is to have been the one in which the ideal of liberty was harnessed to the service of tyranny, the ideal of equality to the service of privilege, and all the aspirations and social forces included under the label of the "Left" enrolled in the service of impoverishment and enslavement.

This immense imposture has falsified most of this century, partly through the faults of some of its greatest intellectuals. It has corrupted the language and action of politics down to tiny details of vocabulary, it has inverted the sense of morality and enthroned falsehood in the very center of human thought.”

The Flight From Truth: The Reign of Deceit in the Age of Information 1991, Random House Jean-Francois Revel

And more:

“In the end, the gap between reality and ideology meant that the communist parties wound up spouting meaningless slogans they themselves knew made no sense. As the philosopher Roger Scruton argues, Marxism became so cocooned in what George Orwell once called “Newspeak” that it could not be refuted: “Facts no longer made contact with the theory, which had risen above the facts on clouds of nonsense, rather like a theological system. The point was not to believe the theory, but to repeat it ritualistically and in such a way that both belief and doubt became irrelevant… In this way, the concept of truth disappeared from the intellectual landscape, and was replaced by that of power.”

Anne Applebaum, Iron Curtain: The Crushing of Eastern Europe 1944-1956, pp 465-466

Good rhetoric is essential to conveying the truth to those who are receptive to it, but haven’t yet opened their eyes wide enough to really see what trouble we are in.

Lies are so pervasive that they form the water in which we swim.

But we must not be surprised. Jesus was offered the world if only He would worship Satan, and the context is clear that Satan had the authority to make the offer. The Apostle Paul called Satan the “price of the power of the air”. Twice in the Book of Daniel, angels tell Daniel that other “princes” control entire countries.

The Book of Daniel records that the “prince” of Persia is not an angel.

I can only surmise that when you see otherwise rational people in bizarre synchronized behavior, all accepting a deal with Iran that is almost certainly going to lead to war, that we are seeing spirit powers engaged in proxy battles through their human agents.

We may find out when Iran has a nuclear weapon when it tries to detonate it over Tel Aviv. Why bother to test? If it works, Jews die and the world knows. If it doesn’t work, Jews cower in fear, and the world still knows. Either result empowers Iran at the expense of everyone else.

And if Israel retaliates, well whoever dies in Iran will be a glorious martyr. The more the better in their theology.

Thanks Neville Obama! Peace in our time. Vote Progressive!

... spouting meaningless slogans they themselves knew made no sense.

Which explains why much of what they say sounds like random numbers fed into a buzz-phrase-generator.

>>> “Growth and Fairness Economy”

When Fairness as a code word is abused way too much, there will be another mindless slogan.

Called, Sharing Economy. Heard it somewhere else, I didn’t come up with this.
