Curley Clark, the head of the Jackson County Mississippi NAACP is now setting his sights on the Mississippi State Flag and states that he wants to see it changed to something less offensive. Clark who believes that Mississippi should adopt a new flag that can be embraced by all Mississippians is now calling for the national NAACP’s help in shaming the state into changing their current flag.
“It is time to have the divisive Confederate symbol re-moved from our state flag and replaced with a symbol that all Mississippians can embrace”, Clark stated.

On Saturday, Clark will be in Philadelphia at the NAACP National Convention. During that meeting, he’ll request the NAACP’s assistance to work with Mississippi lawmakers on a plan to remove the confederate battle symbol from the state flag…
Mississippi’s two U.S. Senators have both said in recent weeks they believe it’s time for Mississippi to approve a new flag.
Though many are quick to jump on the P.C. bandwagon nowadays, one individual standing in the state flag’s corner is Rep. Steven Palazzo.
“They’ve tried to take our guns. They’ve tried to take our flag. They’re trying to take our freedom.We will not let them. We will fight. And we will win.”
This is not the first time Palazzo has stood up for the state flag, in June he stated the following:
“The people of Mississippi, not outsiders, should continue to be able to choose for themselves the flag that flies over the State of Mississippi. I believe our state is more than capable of handling this issue with dignity and respect.”
I know what many of you are thinking, the Left will not stop until the only flag we fly in America is the white flag, however, that is where you are wrong… The white flag may too be seen as offensive because it lacks racial diversity.

Battle lines are shaping up rather nicely. This could happen a lot faster than I thought. Let’s get it over with as soon as possible so our children can live in America again.

After the leftist agitators rid the country of the battle flag, the American flag will be left. To them, it too is a symbol of slavery, racism, imperialism, colonialism, and hate.
When you give in to leftists, be prepared to give in without stop.

That is one reason why the actions and the gloating by Nikki Haley, as she pushed the left’s agenda regarding a battle flag, is so disturbing. It will lead the left to demand more and more.
It will stop when stupid people stop electing liberals calling themselves Americans/conservatives on the political right. Not before unless CW2 begins.

Down in New Orleans, the discussion has turned to the offensive nature of the city's fleur de lis insignia, due to the fact that slavery came to that part of the continent via France, not England (I congratulate them on opening a history textbook).
Of course, this sort of cultural purge is right out of the Communist playbook. Mao's little red book, to be precise. I guess the "progressives" figure the North is already in the bag - but those damned southerners might just fight back.
