Democrats have no problem pulling out the family of st. skittles or the gentle giant to score points. For me, it’s about time we (conservatives, not republicans), take a page out of the liberals playbook and use it against them.

It’s called playing by the same rules. Playing by different rules has gotten us nowhere and I’m sick of it.

So there.

“For letting the truth get out?”

It’s their latest tactic - I was hit by it also. They claim to consider it ‘beneath’ Republicans to point out the suffering associated with Open Borders, particularly in the case of this girl being killed.

As I see it, it is more than clear that Americans do not want Open Borders and felons being protected by Sanctuary Cities, and that includes a large majority of Democrats.

Given that, the problem should have been dealt with years ago and Trump shouldn’t even have it to run on, but we still have it...seems to me that SOMEONE should be pointing it out - and if that’s Trump, so be it.

One of their victims was a kid working in a convenience store who didn’t get the illegals pack of smokes fast enough. Yes, the kid died over a pack of cigarettes.

You have to be joking. Trump is the only one allowing them the attention they so deserve. He isn’t using them. This is what a leader should do. The rest? Ignore the victims because we need lobbyist cash. They’ve suppressed these stories. Where was the GOPe in support for them? I hope they choke on their 30 pieces of silver.

It sounded like this was these people’s only chance to get their message out unfiltered by the leftist media. These folks did not seem hesitant to tell their stories. In fact they told stories of how the leftist media had perverted the truth about the loss of their loved ones. Now they can speak on a larger platform and tell the real story. And you are bitching about it. Trump has nothing to be ashamed of. I cannot say the same for you.

Comparing the families of victims of illegal alien crimes, to the families of Trayvon Martin and Gentle Giant Brown is what’s obscene.

Have you thought about the possibility these families agreed to the PC
in hopes of bringing attention to the issue?

And that as a result of speaking out, they believe a law will be past to help
protect other families from Mexican criminals?

Not different than Sharpton and Eric Holder.

The difference between Trump and Sharpton/Holder is that the events these victims attest to actually happened.

So, Trump can only speak in vague generalities? No specifics. No direct references to real life situations. If he had done that he would have been like every other RINO or democrat who wants to wish away a terrible problem. Can he speak about job losses, which cause such severe consternation in men and women who lose their jobs? But no real life examples. Can he speak in specifics about egregious regulatory regulations which have caused the destruction of peoples businesses and personal assists? Or, would that be be exploiting people and their misery for political gain. What would you allow, and what forum would be permissible to you where you would allow Trump to take an abstract governmental issue to a real life, misery creating government program?

Because I abhor politicians taking political advantage of bereaved families.
Case in point, my brother was killed by terrorist VIED during the Clinton administration.
Clinton’s staff wanted the president and media to greet my brother’s casket when it arrived at Andrew’s Air Force Base.
Then you have Democrats like Pelosi, race hustlers like Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and others who use the victim deaths to score political points favoring their causes.
Trump would have been fine simply meeting in private with the bereaved families. But to schedule a press conference is purely political exploitation.”

Trump started his stance against illegal immigration before Kate was shot. These families had been going to the press for a long time with their stories. No one of any importance would listen to them. The black man tells his story like it happened yesterday. It was over 7 or 8 years ago and no one has been listening until Trump came along. I am very grateful for Trump’s attention to this ever increasing problem.

“Meeting with the bereaved families in private is acceptable.
Staging a press conference is obscene political point scoring.
Not different than Sharpton and Eric Holder.”

I’m sorry for your loss, but this statement by you is disgusting. Trump was sought out by these families to tell their stories. They children were not throw-aways to be forgotten, so that politicians could continue their agenda of allowing illegals aliens into our country.

Thanks God for Trump! He’s shinning the light on this ever increasing problem in our country.

These families are finally getting to tell their stories.

YES! And the emotion-driven lib media will be suffering severe cognitive dissonance from this.

Great outcomes can often come from self-serving events. This is probably one of those.

Wow. 4,410 views. Even MSNBC gets more views for their unwatched shows.

This press conference will never see the light of day on the "news" networks - not even a few snippets of it. It will go down the Memory Hole like everything else Americans really care about.

It rips the mask right off the illegal alien cover-up politicians and the media have been promoting for years where hundreds of thousands (millions?) of Americans have been victimized by these illegal aliens and their political supporters.

The Democrats want the certain votes and the GOP-e want the cheap labor.

Vile scum, the lot of them.
