The Steinles wouldn't be suing the SFPD union.
It doesn't have any decision making power over detention or deportation.
The Sheriff's Office and the City Attorney's Office are the ones who put the murderer back on the street.
I believe that the cops are getting tired of being thrown under the bus... And are sticking up for themselves...and the people... Maybe I am wishful thinking...
