Looking at their Regional Radar page, I don’t know if it’s a live image, but there appear to be similar blue blobs all over the place on it.

Using the radar range rings, and only including the portion of the track with the strongest return, I get somewhere <30 knots. Looks like a flock of birds to me. Having spent a good portion of the past weeks trying to distinguish between non-transponding aircraft, migratory birds, wind turbines and surface traffic in primary radar data, I can assure you this type of track is incredibly common... in fact, I’m surprised there are not more visible here.
