It is fairly obvious that we are headed for a great financial collapse (among other things)
During a statewide recession not all that long ago, the state chapter of the NEA came out with the proclamation that since teaching jobs were recession proof, there should be no downward adjustment of salaries and benefits, such as was occurring in the rest of the sectors...point being, the same principle will be in play, regardless of the depth of the economical downturn, our taxes will not be mitigated...
I think you might want to consider the strongest definition of the the word, COLLAPSE.
Or just disappear.

When they push through pedophilia laws, they will progress from grooming the little ones as they are doing now, to buggering them. And they WILL NOT care what parents think.
And the police and politicians will intimidate parents as they do in the UK if they object; threatening them with arrest for hate speech about Paki pedophilia activity. The Pakis ran a big sex ring right under everyone’s noses but no one did anything to rescue the native citizens because the Pakis were a preferred group as are the homos. Evil is in charge.
