Obama Orders Cities And Towns To Racially Integrate !
Daily Caller ^ | July 9 | Rachel Stoltzfoos

The Obama administration unveiled new rules Wednesday to rid the country of racially segregated neighborhoods by directing cities and towns to set goals for reducing segregation, and then regularly report their progress to the feds.

Communities nationwide will be given a series of questions designed to help them figure out whether racial bias is causing segregated neighborhoods, racial or ethnically concentrated areas of poverty, unequal access to opportunity or disproportionate housing needs in their jurisdiction. They will be required to set goals related to that data and publicly report on their progress every three to five years.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development rule is intended to prod communities to meet fair housing standards established in the Fair Housing Act of 1986, by making previously unavailable or unreliable data accessible to the public, which could then use the data as an impetus for change.

The Fair Housing Act requires the government to not only eliminate racial discrimination in housing, but also to encourage racially integrated neighborhoods.

“This is the most serious effort that HUD has ever undertaken to do that,” HUD Secretary Julian Castro told The Washington Post. “I believe that it’s historic.”

HUD will compile the data into a central database where anyone can look at the mapped data and determine what kinds of changes need to happen in their community. HUD will support communities working to integrate and federal dollars will be on the line.

We can start with the Hamptons and Martha’s Vineyard.

The Republicans control Congress. They can de-fund HUD to prevent them from waging war against America’s suburbs.

But don’t hold your breath waiting for the GOP to do something to protect the people who vote for them.

I have checked “black” on many, many forms.

Soetoro checks “black,” even though all forms have “mixed race” on them. If he’s not “mixed race,” who is?

I agree with you. EVERYBODY should check “black” on ALL forms.

What you need to do is find a way to cut black people off from all sources of Democrat propaganda. E.g., government schools, TV, black radio.

Well that’s exactly what this is all about—getting private developers to include some section 8 units in every new development.

I’m puzzled about the end game though. Why are the lefties so keen to force this I just can’t figure. Who gains? Have to admit i’m at a loss.

It’s long past time that his citizenship be revoked and he be deported. He’ll never assimilate into the American culture.

Alinsky for conservatives: Make sure to randomly select your race for the census form, or pick one of the more unusual ones.

Funny, I live in a city that is a virtual melting pot... a plurality of racial demographics... but only 2% black, which I’m guessing indicates structural racism that whitey must pay for (even though whitey is <50% of the population). Time to start identifying as black... or maybe black hispanic, check off as many boxes as I can. Now that I can claim married filing jointly with whomever I want, I think I’m beginning to identify as a black hispanic disabled lesbian.

>>I can’t wait till the upper middle-class gated neighborhood in which I reside is turned into a Section 8 slum.<<

People vote with their feet.

Block busting didn’t work in the 50s and it won’t work now.

Not buying the reason. This is about reshaping voting districts. The brazen Dems want to move more Democrats into largely Republican districts to change the voting demographics. What’s worse is that they want Republicans to pay for it.

They don’t want to force middle class whites into the cities. Democrats already overwhelmingly control those districts. What they want is to move enough democrats into the republican districts that they can seize control of many and completely reshape Congress. In a republic where you have districts and an electoral college and things like that, where it is not a straight majority vote nationwide, you have to get creative and manipulative.

Plan one: They are bringing in illegals, assuming they will vote Dem.
Plan two: They want to transplant enough democrats into key republican strongholds to grab more power for themselves.

Now that is a good idea — changing your race. But it is also that they want to move poor people into rich neighborhoods. Truth is, it is just about moving democrat voters into republican strongholds to transform them into democrat districts.

Here in Illinois, the liberal Jews live in liberal Jewish neighborhoods that do not have Section 8 housing. I am looking forward to the Oy Veys. How is Obama going to force Rapper kids into the very private schools of the Oy Veyers, I wonder? Should be interesting.

Who gains? Hmm. Liberals in Congress gain power in more districts as the dependent-on-government democrat voters move into republican districts and change the district to Democrat strongholds. It takes nothing away from already Democrat strongholds because those are the areas already run into the ground with too much Democrat “help.” Republicans won’t move there.

I know I am right about this. Sneaky snaky Democrats.

There is no forced segregation.

There is voluntary aggregation, both by economic reasons and also people of all races tend to like to be around people that look like themselves.
