Trading halted on NYSE floor

Trading in all symbols was temporarily halted on the New York Stock Exchange floor Wednesday due to an apparent technical issue.
"NYSE/NYSE MKT has temporarily suspended trading in all symbols. Additional information will follow as soon as possible," the NYSE said in a statement on its status page.
A technical issue caused the trading halt, Reuters reported, citing a source. Trading stopped around 11:30 a.m. ET.

Reason #437 why I don’t fly anymore I just refuse to fly United or American. Horribly run airlines, ticket prices are always the highest, and their service frankly SUCKS.

Granted, I'd have to go back and look at the trends over the last month from China to see if this is a normal volume of attacks or an uptick.
Reality is we see activity from Chinese hackers literally every day, 24x7. They're constantly probing everything we have. The only question is, is today's volume similar or higher?

Once, I got on to our bank site via my new Chrome Browser, everything was fine until I tried to print a copy of the transaction.
I had to reassign my printer to Google Cloud and use my Chromebook to order the printing. It worked and printed out that print order and all the others that failed to be printed out.

To: concerned about politics
My thinking is that with the current loss rate on global stocks that a "breather" was needed by the larger firms. Run new algorithms, lay in new orders, consult with the staff, etc., to get a strategy up and running for when the NYSE comes back online. Basically, anything to minimize the losses and perhaps make some profit along the way.
