I have liked some of Trumps comments on immigration.

Not Trump or any of the others grasp the full impact of making 30 million people citizens. Chain immigration would utterly destroy this nation.
Anyone who hawks the immigration issue and fails to grasp this, is fooling themselves.
What happens when you grant amnesty? What happened the last time.
It’s time to just say no and give the illegals the impetus to self repatriate.
What about lowering wages? Taking jobs away from Americans? Did he forget about that?

From what I see from Trump that rule would apply to all workers. Sounds like blacks copping out on whitey.

He’s right. First we close the border, then we create a way to make them legal. Cruz essentially is saying much the same without saying so. We aren’t going to go door to door to deport millions of people. Not happening.
But first close the border. No deals until its closed.

The best a good POTUS would do is deport the criminals and freeloders, maybe secure the border. Expecting anything beyond that is pie in the sky.
More illegals will come, displacing more marginal American workers in big cities. That’s asking for a race war between hispanics and blacks.
I got news for you. There is not a candidate out there that will deport all 12 million or 16 million or 30 million illegal immigrants.
Trump is for closing the border which is better than we’ve had for the last 30 years and better than many candidates. And he is for selective deportation.
Any candidate that tells you he is going to deport them all, even those that have married American citizens and had children here is lying to you.
