He was booked on a 10 year warrant for marijuana. They declined to prosecute him but kept him jail for several days. His defense is that the Supreme Court told the Sheriffs that a Immigration hold was not legal without( Seeing A Judge Before) It looks like ICE dumped him on the city of urine so they would not have to deport him and walked away.Several people need to go before a Judge for Negligent Homicide.
