in every state that had a referendum (including the far left mecca of California), homosexual marriage lost.

That was true until 2012, but in 2012, Maine, Maryland and Washington voters passed initiatives in favor of same-sex marriage, and Minnesota voters rejected an initiative to prohibit same-sex marriage.

The bottom line is that a majority of the current Supreme Court Justices have decided that words in the Constitution are no longer construed based upon what the drafters of the words intended them to mean. Instead, the Constitution means whatever the hell any 5 out of 9 Supreme Court Justices currently want it to mean. There are no longer any limits on what the oligarchy of un-elected Justices can decree.

The only way that this is going to change any time soon is if we can elect a CONSERVATIVE President AND the Republicans hold on to the Senate in 2016. It doesn’t matter who we elect President if Chuckie Schumer is Senate Majority Leader.

IF we can elect a CONSERVATIVE President AND the Republicans hold onto the Senate then it will be possible to replace far left wing liberal Supreme Court Justices with conservative ones. If Hillary or Jeb Bush get elected, then far left wing liberal justices will be legislating from the bench for the next 30 years.
